(These rates allow for 20 children, 20 Adults – extras must be paid for) Should you have more than 20 adults you will need to hire extra chairs, tables & cloths and (if required) Gazebo– The chairs are R9.50 each, the tables (10 seater) R35 each – Cloths (white) R35 each - Gazebo R100

Optional extras - Pony rides @ R10 / child and Jumping castle @R500

 

SET UP, PACK UP and OVERTIME RATES

There is half an hour setup and clear up time per party, any overtime will be charged for at a rate of R300-00 per hour or part thereof. For the morning session, there is no extension to the finish time.

  • Venue hire for 3 hours

  • A Staff member will be provided throughout the duration of the party, to assist setting up and packing away.

PAYMENT

Kiddy-Up requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Payments can be deposited directly into our bank account.  Please use the date of party and your name as a reference on payment.  Please note the balance needs to be paid before your party, either by direct deposit, or cash on the day. Provisional bookings may be cancelled without prior notice we require payment within 48 hours of the booking.  Failure to do so will result in the booking being automatically cancelled.

DISCLAIMER

 We require the party parents to complete an indemnity form, prior to the commencement of the party.

BREAKAGES

 Any breakages that may occur during the party will be added to the final account.

ALCOHOL

Kiddy-Up is not a licensed venue and cannot serve alcohol.  You are welcome to bring limited alcoholic beverages, bearing in mind this is a children’s party venue.
